Women's wear returned to having the emphasis on femininity. A rounded bust and curved figure was all the rage, as was longer hair and bias cut dresses adored with frills and uneven hemlines.

Parisian designers soaked up the rich amounts of inspiration and recreated the Hollywood starlets' looks and styles.
